Recruitment source yield is used to calculate the proportion of applicants that originate from a particular source. This metric can help when monitoring some aspects of recruitment management. The number of candidates does not reflect the quality of the candidates. Further evaluation of recruitment sources through each round of interviews is one way this can be monitored.
