Company Hours

Company hours are the standard working times for employees of that company with benefits being prorated against those hours for part time staff. Company hours define what an FTE of 1.0 is within that company, under TUPE or other working arrangements one company may have many sets of hours. Different groups of employees can have their FTE evaluated against different company hours.
