Constructive Dismissal

Constructive dismissal occurs where an employee is forced to leave their job against their will due to the conduct of the employer.

Constructive dismissal applies only to changes that are considered to be serious. This includes things such as unjustified demotion, significant changes to working hours or through bullying.
