Job Offer
A job offer is made at the end of a recruitment process. The successful candidate is able to accept or decline the offer.
A company is able to make two types of job offer, unconditional offer and conditional offers. In the case of the latter the employer can attach certain conditions which the applicant must achieve prior to the commencement of employment.
