Learning Management System

An LMS provides all the features and functionality required to deliver an organisation training and development goals. The system may be knitted through a variety or independent sources such as spreadsheets or other records. Alternatively, a dedicated system may be used or the system will be a part of a larger human resource management system.

Tracking training requirements and delivery allow an organisation to manage costs and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. An LMS may be implemented at a variety of levels from tracking the completion and booking of courses to delivering the materials and assessments.
