Project Management

Project Management is the leadership and oversight of piece of work. Projects can take various forms from launching satellites in to space to re-ordering a file system. In each case the piece of work will be analysed so the goals can be understood. From this understanding items of work, schedules, necessary people and responsibilities can be identified.
