Recruiter

A recruiter is a specialist role that seeks to fill vacant positions within a company. A recruiter may work for the company which is recruiting or for a third part agency handling the recruitment needs for multiple organisations.

A company may employee multiple recruiters or recruitment agencies to fill vacancies, sourcing applicants from each.

Recruiters may be present in all stages of recruitment from the identification of the employment need through to interviews and selection. They can also be included in a simpler capacity to source applicants.
