Shared Parental Pay
These payments are shared between each partner and can last up to 37 weeks in total. The payments apply to surrogacy, adoption and childbirth. Each partner must share responsibility for the child and meet the eligibility requirements. An employer may provide enhanced payments as an employee benefit.
