Training Matrix

A training matrix is a grid like construct plotting employees against training courses. The matrix shows high level information such as booking dates and completion for each employee on each course.

Using Excel, it is possible to construct a training matrix without it being part of a larger system. Human resource management systems may come with an integrated training matrix providing extended features; allowing for the booking of courses or assignment of training needs for example.
