Introduction

The People Inc. Heath Check feature is a tool designed to help monitor and manage the quality of your People Inc. system data. This tool is used to check that the system has been kept up to date.

The Data Check feature automatically identifies possible errors and omissions; it provides users with an overview of the information held within their system and highlights any areas that should be reviewed or updated.

Software tool for checking for data issues within People Inc

There are a number of checks and balances that can be done on a regular basis to ensure the wellbeing of your People Inc. system. With the capacity to manage extensive HR records, and often for hundreds of employees, over time it is likely that some information within the system is overlooked and left incomplete.

Running reports can help when looking for missing entries (and quite a number of reports designed for exactly this purpose are included with the system). But this can still take a considerable amount of time.

There is a suite of People Inc. tools that can help sort out any issues that are found when system data is analysed. Data can be exported to Excel, updated, and then re-imported into the system. Tools are available to update fields globally, and re-calculate any associated data (employee FTE, allowances, etc.). There are also tools that can be used to remove information that is no longer needed.

A system health check will generate comprehensive information relating to the records within your system; it highlights any issues and ensures that you are set up and ready for the year ahead.
